Paradise Cove in Malibu is one of those iconic spots that you have to visit. It’s a classic California restaurant right on the beach complete with giant pineapple drinks topped with an umbrella. You can eat lunch or just cruise by for a couple of drinks. If you want to skip the restaurant entirely you can bring all of your own goodies and still have an amazing beach day. The sand is incredibly soft and powdery so it’s very easy to spend the entire day there. Paradise Cove also offers parking right by the beach (which is rare in Malibu.) It’s only six dollars with validation from the restaurant which is not bad at all! All of the food there is oversized and super yummy so sharing is highly recommended! You can literally sit at a table with your feet in the sand, it doesn’t get much more California than that. After lunch you can rent a chair or even a little cabana to soak up the sun while you digest. The waves are also pretty mellow so taking a dip is no problem at all. If you’re heading to Malibu for the day, I highly recommend letting your worries float away in a giant pineapple or watermelon drink while chilling in the sand. I went to have a long lunch on the beach and to enjoy a refreshing drink. California casual is more than acceptable here! I wore my off the shoulder free people top with flared sleeves from Nordstrom. (Current favorite from Free Peeps) I paired it with white lace up Capulet shorts from Revolve and some gold Dolce Vita slider sandals from Nordstrom. Currently sold out at Nordys so here they are from Revolve. Last but not least I carried all of my important items, like my ID, in my tiki bag that I got from a random boutique but am totally obsessed with! Find similar ones here on Revolve.

I can see why it’s called Paradise Cove, as it certainly looks like paradise to me! The little restaurant on the beach looks lovely and who can resist chips and guac?

You look so lovely, I adore the sleeves on this top and the lace up details on the shorts are adorable.
